Ms. Winters joined Spirit in March 2019 and serves as Vice President of Asset Management where she is responsible for special servicing and property management for the portfolio, including workouts, dispositions, and leasing.

Ms. Winters has more than 20 years of asset management and client reporting experience in the commercial real estate industry, including roles at Gables Residential, DES Real Estate Consulting, TIER REIT, and Trammell Crow Company. Most recently, Ms. Winters served as Director of Asset Management at Gables Residential, overseeing the overall operations of a diverse, multi-family portfolio valued at $1B+. She holds a BS in business administration and accounting from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and also a member of the CCIM Institute.

Mr. Cavazos joined Spirit in December 2018 and serves as Vice President of Asset Management where he is responsible for special servicing and property management for the portfolio, including workouts, property sales, and leasing.

Mr. Cavazos has extensive experience in the real estate industry, including roles at Weitzman, NorthMarq Capital, Northwestern Mutual, JP Morgan Chase, and Bandera Ventures. Most recently, Mr. Cavazos served as Vice President of Finance at Weitzman where he was responsible for portfolio oversight and debt and equity placement. Mr. Cavazos earned his BBA in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Baylor University and an MBA in real estate and finance from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Ola joined Spirit in May 2016 and serves as Vice President of Asset Management where he is responsible for special servicing and property management of the portfolio including workouts, property dispositions, re-leasing, and property management. 

Prior to joining Spirit, Mr. Ola served as an analyst with Admiral Capital Group, a real estate and private equity firm with offices in New York, San Antonio, and Seattle. He holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a master’s degree in real estate with a concentration in finance and investments from New York University.

Mr. Rea joined Spirit in June 2016 and serves as Vice President of Construction and Facilities. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over thirty years, managing and leasing all asset classes including Single Tenant Retail Properties, Retail Centers, Office, and Industrial Buildings.

Prior to joining Spirit, Mr. Rea spent 10 years at Realty Income Corporation. During his tenure at Realty Income, he spent eight years serving as head of the property management department where he oversaw a team of 15 property managers and a portfolio of over 4,300 properties across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Mr. Rea has a wide variety of experience in property management and commercial real estate management, leasing, sales, and site selection. His current responsibilities encompass managing the department’s daily duties associated with the operational aspects of commercial real estate. Mr. Rea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a California Real Estate Salesperson License.

Ms. Small joined Spirit in February 2015 and serves as Senior Director of Property Management where she is responsible for lease administration and tenant communications, including onboarding/offboarding, lease compliance, and account management.

Ms. Small has more than 15 years of real estate management and accounting experience, including roles at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Eagle Commercial Realty Services, and Nexus Development Corporation. Prior to joining Spirit, Ms. Small held roles in property accounting and property management at Nexus Development Corporation, overseeing all aspects of property management and development for over 500,000 square feet of retail space for two shopping centers located in Arizona and California. She holds a BBA in business administration from Eastern Michigan University and an MS in accounting from Grand Canyon University.
